Measure Your Performance

When setting your goals, decide how much product you want to sell or how much money you want to make at the end of a quarter. Be specific in your goals, so they are clear and gaugeable, and make sure you always measure them using the same methods.
As you measure your performance, look for patterns in your data. Look for things that have helped your company grow and others that might have caused it to stutter. Once you know how you’re doing, you can make changes as appropriate.
Streamline Your Processes
No matter the process, if it takes you six steps to get something done when you could do it in only two, you’re wasting time and money. It’s essential to look at your day-to-day operations and see how things can change. Don’t get stuck in the mindset that because something has always been done one way, it can never change.
